The Figure of Eight
Gina Warner and daughter Sharon Stone both initially wanted to exhibit together but then decided to invite six other women artists to join them in this new venture, as the Figure of Eight group.
Inspired by nature with its colours, diversity, power and fragility, the exhibition on “Nature’s Palette” is now on show till the end of February at the South Benfleet Library 264 High Road.

| A screening, at the Palace Theatre, London Road, Westcliff, of new British feature 'Faintheart'. A neglected wife, who's husband is obsessed with Viking re-enactments, plots her revenge in what has been described as a "laugh out loud comedy with a cast of favourites". Tickets, at £5, can be booked in advance at the box office or purchased on the night. Doors open at 7pm. |
