![]() ![]() Friday 24th August 2012 As your group may already be aware, SOSAC has started an Arts Fund from a generous donation from Cllr Ann Holland, Southend Mayor for 2010-11 of £13,000. This was publically announced at our AGM this year. As part of her mayoral campaign to make SOSAC one of her three charities, Ann pledged that the money would used to help encourage more disabled patrons to visit the theatre, by making free seats available. This is where you can help All you have to do is pledge that a certain amount of seats for your show will be free to disabled patrons and your group could benefit from a small subsidy, or a grant towards equipment, scenery, rehearsals or venue hire. Simply contact us by sending your application to: SOSAC Arts Fund 21a Carnarvon Road Southend on Sea Essex , SS2 6LR Or by emailing our secretary on secretary@sosac.co.uk with your arts fund application.
