Southend Fringe Festival 2018
Tuesday 5th June 2018

Southend Fringe Festival had its first run in July 2016. The festival took place inside two venues in the heart of the sunny, sea-side town; with performances varying from spoken word, Shakespeare, music and puppetry

The festival is run by graduates and new professionals. This whole project was created from nothing. One tutor, believed enough in the skills and work presented by the young people to suggest that we create our own festival.

As we approach our third year we look forward to the broad scope of submissions we receive and helping those artists gain a platform to share their ideas and visions

This year the fringe festival runs from 14th - 16th June with events at Cliffs Pavilion, The Railway and Clifftown Theatre.
